摘要
在已筛选育苗基质的基础上,利用金棚11号为试材进行夏季番茄穴盘育苗,试验基质种类有V(草炭)∶V(蛭石)=2∶1、V(珍珠岩)∶V(蛭石)=1∶1、V(玉米秸)∶V(蛭石)=1∶1、V(废菇料)∶V(蛭石)=2∶1、V(废菇料)∶V(蛭石)∶V(珍珠岩)=2∶1∶1共5种,基质相对含水量均设40%、60%、80%、100%计4个处理,研究了参试基质不同供水状况对夏季番茄穴盘苗秧苗形态指标、质量指标和根系活力生理指标的影响,筛选出不同特性基质与不同含水量对培育番茄壮苗的最佳耦合效果。结果表明:5种基质培育番茄壮苗的适宜相对含水量均为80%-100%,但含有珍珠岩的基质较其他基质灌水频率高。
Based on tomato varieties tested, using Jinpeng No.11 for different irrigation experiment was carried for the summer hole tray seedling. Substrate type and volume ratio was V(turf):V(vermiculite)=2∶1,V(waste mushroom)∶V(vermiculite)=2∶1,V(perlite)∶V(vermiculite)=1∶1,V(corn stalk)∶V(vermiculite)=1∶1,V(waste mushroom)∶V(vermiculite)∶V(perlite)=2∶1∶1. The relative water content of substrate were 40%,60%,80%,100%. The effect of different water contents of substrates on summer tomatoes shape index,quality index and root activity physiological index was studied in order to select the best coupling effect on different feature substrates with different water content on cultivating tomato strong seedlings. The re sults showed that the better relative water content of five kinds was in the range of 80%-100%, but the irrigation frequency of the substrates that contains of pearlite was higher than other substrates.
