摘要
植物形态学在遗传多样性分析中具有直接性与简便性,直接反映遗传的变异系数;而SSR是建立在PCR基础上的1种新型DNA分子标记,具有含量丰富、多态性高、共显性和检测方法简单等优点,在药用植物遗传分析上具有广泛的应用前景。作者对遗传多样性的定义和研究方法,以及植物形态学和SSR分子标记在药用植物遗传多样分析中的应用进行了简要概述。
Plant morphology has the traits of direct and simple in genetic diversity analysis,it can directly reacted the genetic variation coefficient. And SSR based on PCR is a new type of DNA molecular marker, which has advantages of rich content, high polymorphism, codominance and simple detection method, and it with a broad application prospect in genetic analysis of medicinal plants. In the paper,the definition and research methods of genetic diversity,application of plant morphology and SSR molecular markers in genetic diversity analysis of medicinal plant were summarized briefly.
