饲料枣粉对高水分紫花苜蓿青贮饲料质量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 我国苜蓿主产区普遍存在雨季及时收获和干草调制困难的问题,而调制高水分苜蓿青贮饲料,不仅能够解决雨季苜蓿的及时收获和干草调制问题,还可以实现苜蓿刈割后直接入窖的简化工艺。为了科学使用枣粉添加技术,通过袋装青贮试验,研究了饲料枣粉不同添加量对高水分苜蓿(初花期刈割,未经晾晒)青贮饲料质量的影响。结果表明:添加饲料枣粉能够有效改善高水分苜蓿的青贮质量,且青贮饲料质量随着饲料枣粉添加量的增加而提高,但枣粉添加量超过6%时苜蓿青贮饲料质量的改善趋势变缓。通过对青贮饲料的感官品质、营养品质、发酵品质和制作成本进行综合分析评价,确定高水分苜蓿青贮时饲料枣粉的适宜添加量为4%-6%。 In the main alfalfa production region of our country,the widespread problems are how to timely harvest and alfalfa hay making in the rainy season,making the high moisture alfalfa silage can not only solve the rainy season of alfalfa timely harvest and modulation hay,but also implement simplified process of alfalfa after mowing directly into the cellarage. In order to solve the problem of science using jujube powder, based on the vacuum packing bag silage test, studied the different forage date powder adding quantity of high moisture alfalfa(early flowering mowing,without drying) influencing the quality of silage.The results showed that adding forage jujube powder could effectively improve the quality of high moisture content of alfalfa silage, and as forage silage quality jujube powder to increase with the increasing of adding amount, but the jujube powder content more than 6% when alfalfa silage quality improvement trend slowing down. Through to the silage quality,nutritional quality,fermentation quality and production costs to carry on the comprehensive analysis and evaluation,determining high moisture alfalfa silage forage jujube powder suitable addition amount of 4%-6%.
