摘要
为明确烤烟品种云烟85不同着生位置烟叶碳氮积累的差异性,利用全自动元素分析仪对该品种不同叶位烟叶的碳、氮含量进行了测定。结果表明,不同叶位烟叶的碳元素相对含量随叶位降低呈明显减小规律,绝对含量随叶位降低呈先增加后减小规律,很多叶位之间的差异达到了极显著或显著水平,在部位上的差异更大;氮元素相对含量随叶位降低呈先降低后增大的趋势,上部叶与中、下部叶的差异极显著,中部叶和下部叶的差异不显著;氮元素绝对含量随叶位降低呈先增加后减小规律,很多叶位之间的差异达到了极显著或显著水平;碳氮比以中部叶位最高,下部叶位次高,上部叶位最低,三大部位的平均值相互差异极显著。结论:云烟85不同叶位和不同部位烤后烟叶碳含量、氮含量及碳氮比的差异大多显著。
The carbon and nitrogen contents of different leaf position of Yunyan 85 were determined by automatic elemental analyzer in order to explore carbon and nitrogen accumulation difference in different leaf position. The results showed that the relative carbon content of different leaf position was reduced with the leaf position drop. But the absolute carbon content of different leaf position was increased firstly and then decreased with the leaf position drop. There were significant or extremely significant difference among leaf position. At the same time,there were extremely significant difference among stalk positions. The relative nitrogen content was increased firstly and then decreased with the leaf position drop. The relative nitrogen content had no difference between middle leaf position and low leaf position but that of upper leaf position was significantly higher than that of middle leaf position and low leaf position. The absolute nitrogen content was increased firstly and then decreased. At the same time,there were significant or extremely significant different among many leaf position. The carbon and nitrogen ration of middle leaf position was the highest and low leaf position was in the middle and the upper leaf position was the lowest. The carbon and nitrogen ration average value were extremely significant difference among three different stalk positions. The conclusion was that the carbon content and the nitrogen content and carbon nitrogen ratio were significantly different among leaf positions and among stalk positions.
