Public- Private- Partnership（ PPP）,is a mature public supply way in many developed countries.However,it has been put forward just for a short time in our country. Although it has own advantages as a new thing,there are also some shortcomings. This paper illustrates the concept and featutes of PPP in detail,and spots some problems that exist in the actual operation. This paper offers some feasible solutions to those problems and presents the future of the PPP.
