摘要
介绍川南电厂烟气脱硝工艺系统及流程,针对烟气脱硝紧急停车装置(ESD)控制系统存在的问题,从工艺、仪表配置、控制系统可靠性、保护系统等几个方面进行改造,提高了系统的安全性,而且取得了良好的经济效益。同时论述了选择性催化还原技术(SCR)系统常见故障诊断及处理方法。
This article introduces the technological process of the denitration system in Sichuan Luzhou Chuannan Power Generation Co.,Ltd..Based on the problems of the Emergency Shutdown Device(ESD)control system of denitration,it also introduces its renovation in the aspects of the technology,the instrument configuration,the relia-bility of the control system and the protection system,which has improved the security of the system and the eco-nomic benefits of the enterprise.Finally,it discusses about the diagnoses of common faults and related solutions of the Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)system.
