创伤后急性应激反应的神经影像学研究进展

摘要 急性应激反应是个体在亲历、目击或面临一个对自己具有死亡威胁、严重伤害的创伤事件后短期(1个月)内生理和心理上所表现出的应激反应。随着医学影像的发展,神经影像学技术有利于观察创伤后急性应激反应相关脑区及神经网络结构和功能的异常。文章主要对创伤后急性应激反应的神经影像学研究进展进行综述。 Acute stress reaction refers to the acutely psychological or physical reactions in people after their exposure to the extremely traumatic events( within a month),which threat their life or hurt them severely. With the development of medical neuroimaging,an increasing number of functional and structural neuroimaging techniques have been performed on subjects with acute stress reaction,which is helpful in detecting the abnormal regional brain structure,function and their networks. In this paper,we review the main findings of these related neuroimaging studies.
