多层螺旋CT肠道造影在诊断克罗恩病中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)为一种终身性疾病,大部分患者常反复发病,严重影响着患者的生活质量。现在主要以临床表现、影像学、内镜以及病理组织学的综合判断作为诊断该病的方法。多层螺旋CT肠道造影(Computed Tomographic Enterography,CTE)为近年来新兴的一种影像学检查方法,因其时间及空间分辨率高,检查速度快、价格适宜等优点而发挥着特异的诊断价值,本文就CTE在克罗恩病中的诊断价值进行综述。 Crohn's disease is a kind of permanent illness of the disease,most patients with it come on over and over again. It affects seriously the quality of life. Now in clinic,it is diagnosed mainly by clinical manifestation,medical imaging,endoscope and pathological histology. Multislice spiral Computed Tomographic Enterography( CTE) is a new imaging examination emerging in recent years. Its high resolution in time and spatial dimensionality,appropriate inspection speed,low price etc make it a specific diagnostic value. In this paper,we summarized the diagnostic value of CTE in the Crohn's disease.
