浅谈污水处理厂水质监测质量管理工作

污水处理厂水质监测工作直接影响正常的工艺运行,水质监测的质量管理水平与污水处理厂生产管理密切相关。以某污水处理厂为例,对比环境监测站的质量管理体系,对其水质监测实验室质量管理现状进行初步分析。针对质量意识淡漠,质监测过程缺乏有效监督,水质化验数据记录存在质量问题以及水质监测实验室信息化水平不高等突出问题,提出加强员工质量意识、强化过程质量控制、推进水质监测化验室信息化水平等改进措施,以提升水质监测质量管理水平。

The water quality monitoring work of sewage treatment plant directly affects the normal operation of the process, and the man- agement level of water quality monitoring is closely related to the production management of the sewage treatment plant. The quality management status of the water quality monitoring laboratory of a sewage treatment plant was analyzed by comparing with the quality management system of enviromnental monitoring station. For the outstanding problems existing in the sewage treatment plant, such as in- different quality consciousness, lack of effective supervision of the quality monitoring process, untrue water quality laboratory data re- cord, low water quality monitoring laboratoPy information level, some improvement measures of strengthening the quality awareness of employees, strengthening the quality control of the process, improving the intormation level of water quality monitoring laboratory arc proposed to improve the quality management level of water quality monitoring.
