标准化管理是影响国际物探项目运作成败的关键因素之一。质量管理体系、HSE管理体系是标准化水平的基本标志,除质量手册、HSE手册外,管理体系通常包含一整套的管理程序以及大量的基础文件支持。不断总结归纳客户的要求,并改进自身工作方式和管理方式,是提高项目运作水平和质量管理水平的最佳途径。为提升国际物探项目运作水平,加强与高端客户的市场合作也是提升标准化管理水平的重要途径;同时,国际项目标准管理体系审计、项目运作回顾和评价也可以不断提高公司标准化管理水平。
Standardization management is one of the key factors that affect the success of failure of the international geophysical explora- tion project. Quality management system and HSE management system are the basle mark of standardization level. In addition to the quality manual and HSE manual, the management system usually contains a set of management procedures and a large number of basic documents. To constantly sum up the requirements of customers and to improve own work methods and management methods is the best way to improve the level of project operation and quality management.
