摘要
测量不确定度是对测量质量的定量评定,是说明测量水平的主要指标。石油测井专用计量器具的测量不确定度评定方法是其建标、复查和量传溯源的关键技术。论述了不确定度评定基本方法、不确定度来源、不确定度与误差的区别,归纳了自然伽马刻度器量值传递的工作流程,探讨了自然伽马刻度器量值传递测量不确定度评定方法,并在自然伽马刻度器量值传递中评定测量不确定度。结果表明,提出的测量不确度评定方法能够满足自然伽马刻度器量值传递测量不确度评定的需要。
Measurement uncertainty is a quantitative assessment of measurement quality, which is the main indicator of the measure- ment level. The evaluation method for the measurement uncertainty of the special measurement instruments and tools used in petroleum logging is the key technology of their standard construction, review and traceability. This paper discusses the basic method of uncertain- ty evaluation, the sources of uncertainty, the difference between the uncertainty and the error, summarizes the process of natural gamma calibrator quantity transmission, also discusses the evaluation method for measurement uncertainty of natural gamma ray calibrator quan- tity transmission, and the evaluation of measurement uncertainty is finished in the quantity transmission of natural gamma calibrator. The evaluation result shows that the measurement uncertainty evaluation method can meet the needs of natural gamma scale measure values the measurement uncertainty of assessment of the measurement uncertainty evaluation of natural gamma ray calibrator quantity transmission.
