中石油深圳LNG应急调峰站项目是我国第一个定位为应急调峰站的LNG接收站,对我国今后LNG应急调峰站的建设具有一定的指导作用。该调峰站具备储存、应急安保、调峰等重要功能。项目实施后,可满足西二线珠三角天然气市场用气增加的需求,同时为西二线珠三角市场调峰和应急保安,对保障粤港地区的用气安全有十分重要的战略意义。本文从船舶通航环境和通航安全角度出发,分别对码头选址、总平面布置、泊位长度、港池回旋水域、进出港航道、锚地等进行分析论证;同时在LNG船舶进出港拖轮配置及靠离泊操纵方案、海事部门监督等方面进行了安全保障措施研究。
