摘要
针对航运业油价高企,船舶主机大多采用低速运行的情况,本文提出了基于FLEX机型的柴油机低速运行技术升级方案,介绍了SSUK的技术原理及特点,阐明了船舶主机采用SSUK技术所需要改动的内容。通过台架试验证实油耗的减少非常显著,相关数据也显示此种技术具有良好的应用前景。
High oil prices for shipping industry, ship host USES mostly run at low speed, this paper put forward a model based on FLEX technology up grading scheme of diesel engine running at low speed, and introduces the technology principle and SSUK technology needed to change the content. Through bench test confirmed that the reduced fuel consumption is very significant.
