二甲双胍联合妈富隆治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征致排卵障碍性不孕的效果被引量：6

摘要目的探讨二甲双胍联合妈富隆治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)致排卵障碍性不孕的临床效果。方法将我院收治的92例肥胖型PCOS致排卵障碍性不孕者随机分为对照组(46例)和观察组(46例)。对照组采用妈富隆治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍联合妈富隆治疗,治疗后两组患者均给予克罗米芬促排卵。观察对比两组性激素水平、FINS、WHR、BMI及促排卵结果。结果治疗后,两组性激素水平较治疗前均有所改善,观察组FINS、WHR、BMI较对照组下降明显(P<0.05);观察组排卵率及妊娠率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用二甲双胍联合妈富隆治疗PCOS致排卵障碍性不孕者效果显著。
