摘要
福建南平西坑钽铌矿目前主要产品是铌钽精矿和锡精矿,其他稀有金属矿产品尚未进一步开发。本次采集了铌钽矿矿石、锡精矿粉、尾矿3类样品,分析表明:在锡精矿粉中铌、钽、铀、锆、铪、锡的含量(wB)分别为Nb_2O_52.235 7%,Ta_2O_55.184 1%,U 0.869 4%,ZrO_20.691 3%,Hf O20.065 2%,SnO_270.462 0%,明显高于其在原矿石样品中的含量(Nb_2O_50.007 9%,Ta_2O_50.017 8%,U 0.000 3%,ZrO_20.001 9%,Hf O20.000 2%,SnO_20.059 1%),说明重选时可导致这些元素富集,应在目前采用的工艺基础上进一步提升铌钽精矿和锡精矿品质,同时做好放射性污染防治工作;尾矿中锂、铍、铷含量较高(Li2O0.145 5%,Be O 0.068 4%,Rb2O 0.189 1%),其中铷、铍达到了工业品位,但由于选矿工艺难度较大等原因,单元素回收较难,可考虑进行综合回收利用。今后应加强对矿石可选性和尾矿回收利用的研究,更好地实现矿区现有资源价值最大化。
The main products of Xikeng Ta-Nb mine in Nanping are currently niobium tantalum concentrates and tin ore concentrates,but the other rare metal products have not been further developed. Three kinds of samples are collected,including niobium tantalum ores,mineral contents and tailings. Results show that the content of Nb,Ta,U,Zr,Hf and Sn in the tin ore concentrates are Nb_2O_52. 235 7%,Ta_2O_55. 184 1%,U 0. 869 4%,ZrO_20. 691 3%,HfO_20. 065 2% and SnO_270. 462 0%,which are significantly higher than the content in the original ore samples( Nb_2O_50. 007 9%,Ta_2O_50. 017 8%,U 0. 000 3%,ZrO_20. 001 9%,HfO_20. 000 2%,SnO_20. 059 1%). It suggests that the gravity separation may lead to heavy mineral enrichment,and the proper beneficiation process should be adopted while removing nuclide. Tailings contain a number of Li,Be and Rb( Li_2O 0. 145 5%,BeO 0. 068 4%,Rb_2O 0. 189 1%). Among them,Rb and Be are up to the industrial grade. However,because there is great difficulty in the smelting process of single element recovery,it is suggested to make use of comprehensive recovery and utilization. The research in ore separability and tailings recovery should be strengthened in order to obtain better economic and social benefits for the mine.
