一种基于DOE的尺寸链分析方法

摘要 阐述了一种尺寸链分析方法,利用DOE(试验设计)法收集实际产品各部件尺寸、产品功能输出之间的数值关系,建立尺寸链回归方程;并在此基础上结合各部件公差,计算产品功能输出的尺寸分布,形成失效率计算结果。该方法避免了复杂的三维转换计算,贴合实际产品失效率,有一定实用性。 A dimension chain analysis method is expounded. DOE is used to accumulate test data for component dimensions & product function outcomes, to build up dimension chain regression equation. The equation is combined with component dimension distributions to get failure rate assessment. The method is pragmatic to prevent complicate three dimension chain transformation calculation. The failure rate assessment is based on components' real dimension distribution, both evince utility of the method.
