职业院校教师专业化的发展是影响职业教育质量的关键因素,对职业院校教师专业化发展的内涵进行研究,有利于明晰教师专业化的标准和目标;对职业院校教师专业化发展的德育专业化、学术专业化、技术技能专业化、职业专业化(就业创业专业化)的分类进行研究,有利于明晰教师专业化发展的路径,促进教师个体专业化发展,形成有效的教师团队。适应高职课程向综合性一体化改革,凸显高职教育特色的趋势,高职教师个体专业化发展也从单一的发展路径走向多元综合发展。
