新形势下高职院校科研工作存在的主要问题与对策研究——以青岛职业技术学院为例

Principal Problems and Countermeasures of Scientific Research in Higher Vocational Colleges under New Situation:Taking Qingdao Technical College as an Example

相对本科院校而言,高职院校的科研工作要突出高职教育特点及应用技术研究,体现为高职院校改革发展科学决策服务、为教育教学改革服务、为教师专业化成长服务、为区域经济社会发展服务。面对"十三五"时期的新要求,高职院校应在明确科研定位的前提下,以承担科研项目为突破口,强化教师科研基本功,促进教学、科研相长;以科研工作管理为抓手,提升教师社会服务能力和科研竞争力。

Different from undergraduate universities and colleges,the scientific research of higher vocational colleges is to stress its features and applied technology research,which embody the service to scientific decision,reform in education and teaching,teachers＇ professional growth,regional economies and social development.Facing the new demands during Thirteenth Five-Year Plan period,higher vocational colleges should strengthen teachers＇ basic scientific research skills so as to promote interactive progress including teaching and scientific research on the premise of clarifying scientific research positioning and undertaking scientific research project as a breakthrough.Meanwhile,higher vocational colleges should improve teachers＇ society service abilities and research competitiveness by means of scientific research management.
