现代学徒制视角下的高职院校人才培养模式探析

The Exploration on Talents Cultivation Mode of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Modern Apprenticeship

学徒制和现代学校教育融合在一起,逐渐形成了现代学徒制。在实施现代学徒制人才培养模式时,高职院校要考虑到政府、企业、学校和学生等因素的影响。高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式应该是包括招生招工同步、校企合作共建实训基地以及现代学徒制人才培养方案等在内的整体运行模式,其中高职院校现代学徒制人才培养方案应该具备大课程体系的课程内容及其结构模式、理实一体化的专业人才培养过程、多样化的考核评价体系以及教学管理与服务学生融为一体的制度和保障措施等内容。

Modern apprenticeship has come into being along with the integration of apprenticeship and modern school education.The process of the implementation of modern apprenticeship could be affected by government,enterprises,colleges and students.The cultivating mode of modern apprenticeship of higher vocational colleges should be an integrated operation mode,which should be consisted of synchronization of students enrollment and employees recruitment,co-operation between colleges and enterprises to build practical training bases,and talent cultivating program for modern apprenticeship,which should include curriculum content,structure mode of the curriculum system,process of talent cultivating on the integration of theory and practice,diversified assessment system,system and safeguard measures based on the integration of teaching management and service for students.
