高职院校校内"经营性"实训基地是"产教融合"人才培养机制和办学模式的一种创新。在校内"经营性"实训基地建设发展过程当中,基础功能和衍生功能的发挥相辅相成,实现了更为突出的综合效益。建议摆正实践教&学和实体经营两大基础功能的关系,健全和完善"经营性"实训基地运营体制与模式,努力走出一条特色发展之路。

The development of business-oriented training base in vocational colleges is an innovation of production-education integration talent cultivation and college-running mode.In the process of developing,the basic and derivative functions of business-oriented training base complemented each other and achieved outstanding comprehensive benefits.The relation between the two basic functions of practical teaching learning and business entities is suggested to be adjusted.The operating system and mode of business-oriented training base is advised to be perfected.Therefore a road of development with its own characteristics will be stepped.
