A Study on the Dynamic Mechanism for Sustainable Development of University Laboratories that Supply International Business Services Under the new normal

新常态下良好的创业环境为高校开展创业活动提供了难得的机遇。在妥善解决资金缺乏等各种障碍问题的基础上,国内外经济形势、国家一系列鼓励创业的政策、广大中小企业对高素质国际商务人才的需求等外部动力,高校内部专业建设、创业教育需要与学生的参与热情等内部动力,以及丰富的内外部人脉资源将构成混动力,共同推动国际商务实战实验室的可持续发展。

At present,there is a good circumstance for universities to develop some work about starting business under the new normal.If the problems like the financial matters can be solved well,a hybrid power will come into being to promote the sustainable development of university laboratories that can supply international business services.The hybrid power will be consisted of three kinds of forces：the external forces like the economic situation home and abroad,national policies to encourage entrepreneurship,and demand for high quality and international business talents from small and medium sized enterprises;the internal forces like the interior specialty construction in colleges and universities;entrepreneurship education needs;and students＇ enthusiasm for participation;and mixed forces of rich internal and external network resources.
