中职学校德育工作存在的问题及对策研究

Research on Problems and Countermeasures in Moral Education in Secondary Vocational Schools

目前中职学校德育工作存在的问题较多,主要表现在思想观念滞后、教学模式落后、校企联系脱节、教学创新不够、师资力量薄弱等几个环节上。要切实提高中职学校德育工作实效,必须树立"成才先成人"的教育观念,构建"全员全方位"的育人格局,提升"育人先正己"的教育素养,形成"强劲且有效"的教育合力。只有加大改革力度,做到全员参与、全面覆盖、全程管理,才能实现中职学校德育工作的规范化和高效化。

At present,there are many problems in the moral education in secondary vocational schools.This ismanifested in the following aspects：old-fashioned educational concepts and teaching modes,irrelevance in school education and enterprises＇ needs,lack of innovation in teaching methods,and weakness of faculty.To improve the efficiency of the moral education in secondary vocational schools,the concept should be followed that being educated to be a real human being is prior to being trained on skills.It is essential to construct an all-dimensional educational scheme,improve educators＇ quality based on the principle of ＂to educate yourself before you educate others＂,and form a strong,effective and comprehensive education force.To achieve the normalization and efficiency of moral education in secondary schools,we should have further reform,more involvement,complete coverage and whole process management.
