New Zealand vocational education takes the quality as its core and ＂ student-centered learning＂ as the concept of talents cultivation.It focuses on the core element of students′ ＂learning outcomes＂ to implement curriculum design,which highlights the internal relations among the learning outcomes,assessment,teaching content and methods.It has been proved that this kind of curriculum design plays an important role in cultivation of talents in New Zealand＇s vocational education.
