摘要
新西兰职业教育以质量为核心,"以学生为中心"为人才培养理念,始终围绕学生的"学习成果"这一核心要素进行课程设计,突出强调了"学习成果"与考核评价、教学内容、教学方法等课程要素之间的内在联系。实践证明,该课程设计模式对实现新西兰职业教育的人才培养目标发挥了重要作用。
New Zealand vocational education takes the quality as its core and " student-centered learning" as the concept of talents cultivation.It focuses on the core element of students′ "learning outcomes" to implement curriculum design,which highlights the internal relations among the learning outcomes,assessment,teaching content and methods.It has been proved that this kind of curriculum design plays an important role in cultivation of talents in New Zealand's vocational education.
