摘要
学徒制是新西兰职业技术教育人才培养重要模式之一,其发展大致划分为传统学徒制、现代学徒制、"新西兰学徒制"三个阶段。研究新西兰职业教育学徒制演变历程中表现出来的特点和存在弊端,分析其发展支撑要素和精髓,对促进目前我国职业教育和学徒制改革试点工作,探索建立符合中国经济技术发展和产业结构调整人才培养需求,行业、企业、职业教育机构、学习者高度参与的现代学徒制模式具有较强的现实意义和借鉴价值。
Apprenticeship is one of the most important talent cultivation patterns of vocational and technical education system in New Zealand.Its development process can be roughly divided into three main phrases:the traditional apprenticeship,the modern apprenticeship and the New Zealand apprenticeship.Researching on the characteristics and disadvantages during the three main development stages of apprenticeship in New Zealand,and analyzing key supporting framework and development essence factors will greatly promote the piloting reform and practice of China's vocational education apprenticeship.It will also bring deep significance and reference value for the the pilot work of China's apprenticeship and vocational education apprenticeship.It will meet the actual demand of highly qualified talent cultivation for the fast economic development and challenges of modern industrial structure adjustment,which is highly participated by industries,companies,vocational education institutions and learners.
