Study on the Financing Problem of Middle and Small-Size Enterprises

中小企业对我国的经济发展起到了重大作用,但目前却因融资渠道过于狭窄、银行扶持力度不足、担保体系不够完善、管理水平和信誉偏低和缺乏国家政策支持等而陷入了融资难的困境。针对这种情况,拓宽中小企业融资渠道,加强信用评级和担保体系规范化建设,提升中小企业自身整体素质和完善法律法规制定工作势在必行。

Middle and small- size enterprises play an important role in the economic development in China.However, these enterprises face such problems as limitation of financing access, lack of support of commercial banks and government and faultiness of guarantee system. To tackle these problems, it is necessary to widen financing channel, strengthen the guarantee system, promote the management level of enterprises and complete the legal process.
