摘要
我国经济的转型和调整,以及国内外经济形势的变化,导致了一部分企业青工下岗。从长远看,促进劳动力资源的合理流动和配置是当前我国社会经济发展中所面临的一个巨大问题。通过对下岗青工再就业流向的现状、困境、完善的理论研究,从而有助于在实践中探索出一条下岗青工再就业的可行之路。
The transformation and adjustment of economy in our country, and the change of economic situation at home and abroad have brought about some young laid-off workers in enterprises. In the long run, to promote the rational flow and allocation of labor resources is a huge problem in the social and economic development of our country. This thesis is devoted to theoretical research of the problems of the re- employment of the young laid-off workers. And it is helpful to explore a feasible way in practice for the young laid-off workers' reemployment.
