论青工对网络工具的应用

A Study on Young Migrant Workers' Application of Internet Tools

农民工这一庞大的社会群体是国家制造业最主要的从业者,而青工又是农民工群体中人数最多的群体。网络对青工的影响是全方位的。加强青工对网络工具的应用,无论是对青工自身综合素质的提高,还是对其工作单位的发展乃至对我国政治的稳定、经济的发展、社会的公平等方面都将起到重要的作用。但是,目前我国青工对网络工具的应用还处于最基本的社交交往、信息收集、娱乐消遣等初级阶段,这就要求政府、企业等组织加强对青工网络工具应用方面的培训,提升青工的网络应用水平。

At present, migrant workers have constituted the majority of the workers in China＇s manufacturing industry, among whom young migrant workers have been the major part. Therefore, the Internet has been exerted a great influence on young migrant workers. To help young migrant workers use the Internet tools is not only significant in the improvement of their overall qualities, the development of the factory companies where they have been working, but also in safeguarding the political stability, economic development and social equality in China.However, currently young migrant workers＇ application of Internet tools is still at the stage of basic social communication, information collection, and entertainment. This situation has demanded such organizations as the governments and enterprises to come up with some measures to strengthen the training in using Internet tools for young migrant workers.
