教育学博士学位获得者同伴效应量化研究

摘要 同伴之间的互助学习,对精英人才的成长具有重要促进作用。以1995—2015年共7届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(人文社会科学)教育学类博士学位获奖者为研究对象,采用定量的方法分析获奖者的同伴效应。发现"同伴效应"与"成果产出年龄""获奖年龄""时间段"之间呈现显著负相关。"同伴数量"与"时间段"呈现显著负相关。当同伴数量临界值为4时,随着"同伴数量"的增加,未来获奖者"时间段"这一指标将显著缩短1年。 The mutual learning among the peers is important for the growth of the elite talents. In this paper,a total of seven years(1995~2015) of Scientific Research Excellence Award winners were studies by using quantitative analysis of the winners of the peer effect,"Peer effect"and"the age of results","the age of winning", and"time period". It was found that the"Peer Effect"was significantly negatively related to"the age of results","winning"and"time". There was a significant negative correlation between the number of peers and the time period. When the critical value is 4, with the increase of the number of companions, the time period of the winners in the future will be significantly shortened by 1 year.
