摘要 知识商品化是在特定的社会经济因素推动下逐步发展起来的,当代社会中知识商品化深化趋势引发了高等教育诸多方面的变革。知识商品化深化趋势对大学教师的职业行为选择、学术观、身份、价值判断等方面产生了不容忽视的重要影响,同时,也为他们的职业发展提供了契机,大学教师的职业行为呈现出新的发展趋势。 Knowledge commercialization is in particular developed gradually under the impetus of the social economic factors, and its deepening tendency in contemporary society has caused higher education reform in different aspects. It not only influences university teachers' professional behavior choice, academic view, identity,value judgment, but also provides an opportunity for their career development. University teachers' professional behavior shows a new trend of development.
