核心期刊评价参照下的地方高校学报再认识

Another Look at Local College's Journals under the Evaluation of Core Journals

通过分析核心期刊的评价目的,我们发现高校学报的办刊目的和核心期刊评价的目的不在同一个维度,不存在可比性;同时地方高校学科设置较多、办学水平和科研水平相对不高,参照核心期刊评价的指标,使其在期刊评价体系中没有优势。然而,我们不能说地方高校学报没有进入核心期刊目录就没有存在的价值。我们应该科学利用核心期刊评价结果,提高地方高校学报的办刊水平,并客观评价地方高校学报对提高地方高校教学科研水平的作用。

By analyzing the purposes of the evaluation of core journals, it is recognized that the purpose of local colleges＇ journals and those of core journals are not on the same level, thus incomparable. Besides local college journals do not have advantages, compared with core journals, owing to their many disciplines and low academic level. However, it should not be concluded that local colleges＇ journals do not have any value of its existence since they are not in core journal list. On the contrary, the results of evaluation of core journals should be made use of in a scientific way to improve the quality of local colleges＇ journals, and objectively evaluate their level, which will in turn help to raise the level of college teaching and research.
