大温差隔热共底在运载贮箱中的应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对提升运载能力、满足200K大温差隔热及低温承载的要求,对金属面板变厚度聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)泡沫夹层共底贮箱结构设计进行了研究。比较了PMI泡沫和玻璃钢蜂窝夹芯性能并确定夹层使用材料,对夹层共底的构型、面板厚度和PMI泡沫厚度进行了优化设计。用Abaqus软件建立了数学仿真模型,在飞行最严酷等7种工况下对共底贮箱的力学性能进行了仿真,发现不同低温工况的应力云图相似。对共底贮箱进行了低温静力试验,各种工况夹层共底上下面板实测应力数据与理论值吻合良好,煤油箱最低温度15.2℃,隔热性能满足煤油温度大于-10℃的隔热指标要求。设计的PMI泡沫夹层共底贮箱结构实现了200K大温差的有效隔热和低温双向承载功能,且简化了发射场工作流程。 A PMI foam cored sandwich bulkhead tank was designed to meet the demands of carrying capacity increment,thermal insulation of 200 K temperature range and bearing capacity in this paper.The material performance of PMI foam and FRP honeycomb core had been compared and the PMI foam was adopted in the design.The configuration,skin thickness and PMI foam core thickness of the sandwich bulkhead had been designed and optimized.The Abaqus software had been used to simulate the distribution of stresses of the sandwich structure under 7conditions.It was found that the simulation results of the 7conditions were similar.The static test was carried on for the tank designed.The good agreement had been achieved in the comparison between the numerical simulation and experiment result.The lowest temperature of the kerosene tank was 15.2℃,and the requirement that the kerosene temperature should be higher than-10℃ would meet.The PMI foam cored sandwich bulkhead tank designed achieved the functions of thermal insulation of 200 Ktemperature range and bearing capacity under cryogenic conditions,and simplified the operation in the launching site.
