摘要
针对新一代大推力火箭发动机机架不对称变形问题,建立了考虑机架纵向/扭转变形的动力学模型,分析了其对姿态控制、起飞漂移的影响,提出了摆角预置方案。仿真结果表明:机架变形会引起起飞漂移过大、分离传递误差大,摆角预置方案提高了控制精度,如果滚动通道采用"比例+微分网络"控制方法,会导致姿控喷管频繁开关,影响喷管性能。
Aim to the problem of deformation of a new generation of high thrust rocket engine bracket asymmetry,the influence of the attitude control and take-off drift was analyzed based on the dynamic model considering the deformation of segment.In order to take off the rack for drift caused by excessive deformation isolated low accuracy problem,pre-swing control was proposed.The simulation results showed that the control method could effectively improve the precision of attitude control.The"proportion+differential network"control method would result in frequent switching nozzle attitude control problems.
