摘要
捷联惯性导航系统是运载火箭的关键组成部分,其冗余故障诊断技术直接影响运载火箭的飞行可靠性。针对运载火箭双"八表"捷联惯组冗余配置方案,对其故障诊断的判据、诊断算法进行了研究,提出一种对一度故障100%实现检测的故障诊断方法,给出故障诊断关键门限的设计方法。进行了双捷联冗余故障诊断地面动态验证试验,有效解决了故障诊断设计和地面试验验证难题。
The strap-down inertial navigation system was key component of launch vehicle,and the flying reliability of launch vehicle was directly influenced by fault diagnosis technology of strap-down IMU redundant systems.According to dual 8-meter-configuration strap-down IMU redundant system scheme,the fault diagnosis criterions and algebras were researched,and a kind of fault diagnosis method which one-meter fault could be detected 100% was put forward,then the design methods of key fault diagnosis threshold were given.Fault diagnosis ground tests of dual strap-down IMU redundant system were carried out.The problems of fault diagnosis design and verification of ground test were effectively solved.
