摘要
以高精度带冗余配置的光纤惯组为对象提出了一种基于大理石平板正六面体工装的标定优化方法,包括速率法和十二位置法,该方法不依赖转台,仅通过在大理石平板上翻转正六面体完成陀螺与加速度计标度因数、零偏、安装误差的标定。对标定的精度和重复性进行试验验证,结果表明:该方法标定精度与转台标定精度相当,标定结果重复性好,是一种适合工程应用简单有效的方法。
The optimized calibration method of high-precision redundant structure IMU was introduced which was based on marble slab and cube hexahedron,including twelve-position method and rate method.This method didnt need to use turntable,and it could calibrate scale factor,zero bias and install errors of gyro and accelerometer only by rolling-over cube hexahedron on marble slab.The experimental verification of the calibrate accuracy and repeatability showed that the accuracy was the same order as calibration method based on turntable,and the calibrate result was well repeatable.This study showed that the method was simple and efficient,which was adapted to engineering application.
