摘要
对低温推进剂循环预冷系统回流管位置位于贮箱气枕、贮箱液氧上部和贮箱液氧下部三种状态循环流量和预冷温度的影响进行了分析。对预冷系统进行一维简化,基于低温两相流模型建立了循环预冷系统仿真模型,对循环预冷系统工作过程中可能出现的自然循环预冷贮箱增压和氦气引射循环预冷等工况进行了试验验证和仿真模拟。结果表明:在回流管通向贮箱液氧上部的状态下自然循环效果最优。
The influence on circulation mass flux and pre-chilling temperature was analyzed regurgitant pipes positon in the cryogenic propellant circulation pre-chilling system,including ullage,upper and lower position of liquid.The pre-chilling system was simplified as one-dimension,and the computational model based on cryogenic two-phase flow model was constructed.A experiment and a simulation about circulation pre-chilling system were carried out to study kinds of process like tank pressurization and helium injection.The results showed the better effect under the condition of upper position.
