潮气呼吸肺功能在晚期早产儿肺功能监测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨潮气呼吸肺功能在晚期早产儿肺功能监测中的应用。方法动态监测晚期早产儿的潮气呼吸肺功能,并与足月儿比较,说明潮气呼吸肺功能在晚期早产儿肺功能监测中的可行性及有效性。结果晚期早产儿生后吸呼比、达峰时间比和达峰容积比,数值较足月儿明显减低,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01);晚期早产儿生后7天时的达峰时间比和达峰容积比1天时或前2天升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于晚期早产儿,潮气呼吸肺功能是一个可行及有效的监测方法,适合大样本、长时间和动态监测。 Objective To investigate the application of tidal breathing lung function monitoring in late preterm infant (LPI). Methods The tidal breathing lung function of LPI was dynamically monitored and compared with full-term infant, in order to proof the feasibility and effectiveness of tidal breathing lung function monitoring in LPI. Results Compared with full-term infant, the LPI's ratio of inspiratory time and expiratory time (TI/TE), the ratio of time to peak tidal expiratory flow and the expiratory time ( tPTEF/tE), and the ratio of tidal volume to peak tidal expiratory flow and expiratory time (VPEF/VE) were lower ( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the 7th day after birth of LPI, the first day or first two days "tPTEF/tE and VPEF/VE were lower (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion For LPI, tidal breathing lung function is a feasible and effective monitoring methods, and it is suitable for large samples, long time and dynamic monitoring.
