摘要 低聚糖(oligosaccharides)又称寡糖或寡聚糖,其来源广泛,种类繁多。其中普通低聚糖可直接被机体消化吸收产生能量,而功能性低聚糖由于具有特殊的化学结构,不能为胃肠道内消化酶所识别而分解利用,但却能被肠道内乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌等有益菌利用。因此,补充低聚糖可改变动物胃肠道微生物区系结构,调节机体免疫功能。目前低聚糖作为饲料添加剂已广泛应用于猪生产中。文章主要对低聚糖的理化性质、作用机理及在母猪生产中的应用及发展趋势作一综述。 Oligosaccharides are also called chitosan. They are widespread and there are various species. Common oligosaccharides can be directly absorbed by the organism to produce energy. Because of having special chemical structure oligosaccharides can not be recognized by digestive enzymes in the gastrointestinal tract and be decomposed. But they can be utilized by lactobacillus and bifidobacterium in the gut and other beneficial bacteria. Therefore, adding oligosaccharide can change animal gastrointestinal microflora structure and adjust body's immune function. Oligosaccharides as feed additives have been widely used in swine production. This paper will introduce physical and chemical properties, action mechanism of oligosaccharides and application and developing trend in the production of sow.
