This paper discusses construction safety management and quality control in rural concrete pavement. According to the construction management experience from the road to village,road to group,discusses the problems of safety and quality,and puts forward with solutions,so as to ensure safety and quality of rural cement road construction,and makes contributions to promoting the development of rural areas.
