中小城市中心区停车需求预测方法研究

Study on parking demand forecasting method for center district of medium and small cities

在总结中小城市中心区停车需求影响因素的基础上,引入高峰小时修正系数和停车管理政策调整系数,结合现有的交通发生吸引量——停车需求预测模型,建立能够更好适用于中小城市中心区的停车需求预测模型,并结合四川省内江市威远县中心城区进行停车需求预测实例验证。研究结果表明该预测方法是合理的,且计算出的中小城市中心城区停车泊位需求量更加有效。

Based on the summary of the influencing factors of parking demand forecasting in medium and small cities central district,parking management policy adjusted coefficient were taken into consideration. Based on the existing trip generation and attraction- parking demand forecasting model,it proposed the method of parking demand forecasting for medium and small cities center district. Center district of weiyuan county sichuan province was used as an example to verify the method.The results also show that the forecasting method is reasonable and effective.
