基于两阶段机制的公路自由流ETC系统实现

摘要 针对我国现有ETC的标准规范,结合当前DSRC通信设备的技术特点,提出一套两阶段机制的公路自由流ETC系统解决方案,以解决当前制约自由流ETC技术大范围推广应用的技术问题。 Aiming at the existing standard specification ETC,combined with the current DSRC communication equipment technical characteristics,puts forward a set of two stage mechanism of highway free flow ETC system solutions,in order to solve the current restricting free stream ETC technology widespread application and dissemination of technical problems.
