肠型白塞病合并带状疱疹1例及相关文献复习 被引量：5

摘要 患者,男,33岁。因反复口腔溃疡15年,回盲部溃疡4年,于2015年10月21日收住我院。患者15年前无明显诱因出现复发性口腔溃疡,每年10余次,每次1-3处,伴疼痛。溃疡主要累及唇、颊、颚、牙龈、咽后壁,病程1-2周。患者无外阴溃疡发作,无眼炎。针刺反应（＋）。4年前因腹痛查肠镜显示：回盲部巨大不规则溃疡,活检病理提示：黏膜重度慢性炎性反应伴感染坏死。患者不规则服用柳氮磺胺吡啶,控制不佳。1年前患者腹痛再次发作,就诊于我院,行肠镜复查,
