高压氧治疗原发性脑出血的作用机制研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 脑出血是脑卒中的第二大类型,而且发病急,进展快,止血药物的作用不大,其较高的病死率及致残率给社会及家庭带来沉重负担。高压氧的治疗可以影响组织的生理病理变化过程,其疗效在临床应用中已得到证实,但具体作用机制还没有完全理解。文章就高压氧治疗原发性脑出血的作用机制从减轻脑水肿、保护血脑屏障、减少炎性反应、神经保护及高压氧治疗脑出血时间窗等方面做一综述。 Cerebral hemorrhage,as the second large type of cerebral stroke,has symptoms of acute onset,progress last and no much effect on hemostatic drugs,with high morbidity and mortality,which brings heavy burden to the patient's family and society.The hyperbaric oxygen therapy can affect many pathophysiologic processes,and its efficacy has been confirmed in clinical,but the mechanism of action still unclear.This article reviews from cerebral edema,protective blood brain barrier;reiluce the inflammatory reaction,nerve protection and hyperbaric oxygen treatment time window and such aspects of its action to primary cerebral hemorrhage.
