新疆少数民族中高职教育“托管”模式的研究与思考——以南疆为例

在全国及新疆大力发展职业教育的大好政策环境下,通过对新疆农业职业技术学院成功托管南疆几所少数民族中等职学校的情况进行分析研究,总结这几所中等职学校通过"托管"模式实现快速发展的经验,以期为新疆少数民族职业教育的发展提供启示。

The paper investigates several secondary vocational schools and vocational colleges in trusteeship model to Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational College, analyzes their educational status and summarizes their speeding development experience in trusteeship, aiming to provide a reference for other vocational schools or colleges in minority areas of Xinjiang.
