非正式约束与区域经济增长——主体功能区建设的理论探索

On the Economic Growth and the Informal Constraints:Based on Theory Process of the Major Function Area

辨析非正式约束在现实经济中的影响机理,一直是经济学和哲学关注的核心问题。以规模报酬递增和异质空间为基本分析范式,通过运用新经济地理学空间建模技术,不仅可以摆脱传统经济学对于非正式约束问题补丁式研究困境,同时还可以弥补哲学和经济学两大学科在此领域中的互为割裂。而通过数理分析和模型推演,其结论也进一步揭示出,非正式约束条件是否与区域经济增长模式相互匹配在区域经济增长过程中起着至关重要的作用,各种非正式约束条件必然对经济主体行为有着深刻的内生性影响,并决定了现实经济绩效的不同。同时,非正式约束影响经济增长机理的研究也进一步为我国主体功能区战略提供了重要理论支持和政策依据,即区域经济发展的根本目标并不是单纯区域经济总量的提高,而更应该是经济、社会、人文的全面和谐发展。

The analysis of the system of economic growth effected by the informal constraints has always been the focus for the economics. Based on the increasing returns and homogeneous space, the hereof NEG model can offer the method for exploiting the system of informal constraints during the economic process, which shows the way to combine the Philosophy with the Economics. The model also reaches the conclu- sions that the informal constraints have played the most important roles in the subject behavior, which de- termines the final economic effect. The analysis also shows that the informal constraints are the key points for the unbalanced regional economic growth.
