摘要 LEAP模型是分析区域能源系统的理想工具。构建湖北省LEAP模型,设计基准情景、节能情景、强化节能情景等三种情形,通过对比分析,为湖北省在经济发展的同时实现节能减碳提供了指导性意见。结果表明单纯地从技术进步、能源结构、产业结构、新能源发展等方面无法打破湖北省面临的碳排放困局。保持GDP增速理性化是碳排放在2030年达峰的重点。 As an ideal tool, LEAP model is applied to analyze the complex energy system. By constructing a LEAP-Hubei model, this paper designs three comprehensive scenarios, i. e. the baseline scenario, the energy-saving scenario and the enhanced energy-saving scenario. The results show that the dilemma of the excessive carbon emission could not be shaken off since the measures are only taken from aspects of the improvement of the technology, adjustment of the energy structure and development of the new energy, etc. The development synergistically with clean and renewable energy may achieve a rational increasing of GDP with excessive carbon emissions under control at the same time.
