中间冷凝器与中间再沸器乙烯精馏塔的模拟与优化 被引量:3

摘要 以乙烯精馏塔作为研究对象,分别采用常规精馏与设置中间冷凝器和中间再沸器的精馏进行分离,使用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件进行模拟计算,以年总费用最低为目标函数,得到了相关的工艺参数。结果表明:当中间冷凝器位于第7~8块板,抽出量为进料量290 000kg/h,中间再沸器位于第100~101块板处,抽出量为100 000kg/h年总费用最低,相比常规乙烯精馏操作费用下降9.09%,年总费用下降8.56%。 The ethylene distillation column was researched in this paper.The conventional distillation and inter-condenser and inter-reboiler distillation were simulated for ethylene distillation column by Aspen Plus software.With the goal of the minimum total annual cost,the optimum operating parameters were obtained.The results show that the total annual cost is the lowest when the inter-condenser is located in the7—8stage,the mixture of 290 000kg/h is withdrawn and inter-reboiler is located in the 100—101 stage,the mixture of 100 000kg/h is withdrawn.The operating cost will be decreased by 9.09% and the annual cost will be decreased by 8.56% compared with the conventional distillation.
