摘要
针对山西某矿20103综放工作面区段运输平巷在巷道开掘后出现的顶板破碎和两帮变形严重等技术难题,基于预应力锚索桁架支护原理,结合该矿实际开采地质条件,设计并优化了联合支护方案中的锚索桁架支护参数。现场实测结果表明,以非对称锚索桁架为主的联合控制技术能够解决综放工作面大断面煤巷的支护难题。
Aiming at the technical problems of roadway roof breakage and two sides severe deformation of section transport drift in a mine 20103 fully mechanized caving face after the roadway excavation. Based on the supporting principle of prestress anchor truss,combines with the actual mining geological conditions,designs and optimizes the anchor truss supporting parameters in the combination supporting scheme. The measured results show that the combined control technique in a primarily asymmetric anchor truss can solve the supporting problem of large section roadway in fully mechanized caving face.
