硕士研究生招生考试的历史和现状证明,统一的入学考试和明确的选拔标准是我国招生考试发展的必然趋势,现行的国家统一入学考试、初试加复试的模式基本符合我国国情和文化传统,但是文科类学术型研究生招生模式仍存在诸多不足。应借鉴有统一入学考试模式的先进域外经验,突出对一般能力和专业能力的测试,改革现有招生模式的不足。在报录比较低的阶段推行两段制考试,资格考试与专业选拔相结合。在报录比较高的阶段推行初试、复试内容和形式的科学化,提高考试的区分度和效度。

The history and current status have proved that a unified graduate students entrance exam and explicit criteria are the inexorable trend in China. The present entrance exam mode including a national unified entrance examination,a preliminary test and reexamination can basically meet China＇s national conditions and cultural tradition. However,there are many defects in the mode of entrance exam for graduate students of social science. To improve the present mode of entrance exam,we shall learn from advanced foreign countries and highlight the test for general abilities and professional competence. A two-stage exam can be applied in the stage of a low registration to enrollment ratio,and the qualifying examination and professional selection can be combined. In the stage of a higher registration to enrollment ratio,the preliminary text and reexamination shall be scientific,thus the distinction degree and validity of the exam can be improved.
