重庆市民学校发展的现状及对策思考——基于大学生实践能力培养的视角

The Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Development of Chongqing Citizen School: Based on the Perspective of the Cultivation of College Students' Practical Ability

共青团市民学校是共青团组织动员青年志愿者尤其是大学生志愿者为社区服务,同时动员全体大学生为社会服务的桥梁和纽带,是青年大学生参与社会管理创新、促进社会和谐稳定的主要阵地和平台。在志愿活动中,大学生的专业知识能得到及时有效的巩固,且锻炼了实践工作能力,同时还能进一步弘扬和践行青年志愿者"奉献、友爱、互助、进步"的志愿者服务精神。

The Communist Youth League citizens school is the Communist Youth League organization which encourages young volunteers,especially college students voluntarily offer community service,and mobilizes all the college students participate in the social service. It is a platform for young college students to participate in the innovation of social management and promote social harmony and stability. In volunteer activities,students＇ professional knowledge can get consolidated timely and effectively and their ability to work in practice can be strengthened as well. Furthermore,it can carry forward the volunteer spirit of service— ＂dedication,friendship,mutual assistance and progress＂.
