基于学生视角的大学生创新计划项目质量调查分析——以渭南师范学院为例

Research on the College Students' Innovation Project Quality from the Students' Perspective——Taking Weinan Normal University as an Example

基于学生的视角,了解大学生创新计划项目的实施现状及存在问题,为学校完善大学生创新项目质量保证体系提供依据。调查发现,大学生参与创新项目的主导动机是提升研究能力、促进专业学习和丰富课外生活;大学生对项目的了解度、投入度和满意度处于中等偏上水平,项目主持人均高于项目参与人;项目立项和结题的难度设定基本合理;项目的质量与项目选题的合理性、个人的努力程度、指导教师的负责程度和水平高低以及项目的管理和评审制度等因素有关;项目有效促进了大学生的知识理解、能力提高和心理成长。研究表明,大学生创新计划项目运行质量良好,且还有很大的提升空间;项目质量的提升,需要三方各尽其责,团队成员全员参与,教师全程指导,学校全面支持和监管。

The study based on the students＇ perspective explores the current situation and problems of university students＇ innovation project,so as to provide the basis for improving the quality assurance system. The survey found the leading motivation of college students to participate in innovative projects is to improve research ability,to promote professional learning and to enrich extracurricular life; the college students＇ understanding of the project,the degree of involvement and satisfaction on the project are in the middle level,while the project hosts are higher than that of the project participants; the difficulty setting of project approval and conclusion is reasonable; the quality of the project is related to the selected topic,the degree of individual efforts,the level of responsibility,the level of their tutors,and the management and evaluation system of the project; the project has promoted the college students＇ knowledge understanding,ability improvement and psychological growth effectively. Research shows that the college students＇ innovation project is of good quality,but there is still room for improvement; to increase project quality,it needs three parts to take their own responsibility,including the full participation of the team members,full guidance of the tutors,full support and supervision of the school.
